Service For Special Events
For special events, requests should be referred to private charter operators in the geographic service area. Please visit the Federal Transportation Administration's Charter Registration Website for a list of charter companies serving the Tampa Bay area.
When there is no willing and able private contractor available to meet anticipated service demands, we may design special event transit services for large, regional special events that benefit the public at large. Requests for all special event transportation will be considered and evaluated based on FTA regulations and company policy and must be received by HART a minimum of three months in advance of event date.
