Limited Express and Flex routes FREE.* And it isn't just students who are in on the deal. USF faculty and staff pay just 25ยข with their new valid USF ID card.

You can also Contact Us to learn more, or grab a schedule at the Marshall Center, HART University Area Transit Center or your local mall or library. Wherever you're going, we're going your way!

And now, USF students don't have to worry about being stranded in case of an emergency. Just enroll in the USF Student Emergency Ride Home program through Bay Area Commuter Services! It's easy to sign up and easy to use. Here's how to get onboard:
- Just take a HART bus or the Bull Runner, carpool, bike, vanpool or walk to class at least two days a week
- Sign up with Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority (TBARTA) by calling 1-800-998-RIDE, or register online at TampaBayRideshare.org or USF.edu/BullRunner
ERH users with a personal illness or family emergency can get up to 8 free taxi rides from school to home per year.** ERH is available for the Tampa, St. Pete and Downtown Center campuses.
*Not valid on express routes, In-Town trolleys or the TECO Line Streetcar System.
