Where can I get a bus schedule?
HART bus schedules can be found online and at HART facilites. The HART Route Schedule Book, is updated three times a year and features maps and schedules for all HART routes. The schedule book can be purchased at HART facilities for $2.00.
What route goes to (insert landmark/destination)?
For trip planning inquiries, you can use the HART Trip Planner located here. Or, for immediate assistance, call HART Customer Service at 813-254-4278. Customer Service is available Monday - Friday 6 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Are there any days that HART buses don't run?
No. HART service currently operates seven days a week, every day of the year.
How do I make sure the operator notices me?
When the bus approaches, stand up in front of the shelter and make a waving gesture for the operator to see you. At night, if you have a small flashlight, or even the light from your phone will help make sure the operator can see you better.

How do I make sure the bus operator lets me off at the right stop?
To request the operator to stop at your stop, pull the "request stop" cord, which is located above your head. Make sure to pull the cord prior to arriving at your stop, in order to give the operator enough time to safely stop the bus for you.
