How do I retrieve a lost item?
If you have lost an item on the bus or at one of our transit centers, please visit Lost and Found located at the Retail Sales window at Marion Transit Center. Be ready to describe the item or provide proof/identification of ownership.
Patrons seeking to claim their lost bike must now make an appointment with HART safety staff. To make an appointment, please call (813) 623-5835 during regular business hours only (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) Lost bikes will no longer be housed in the lost and found of the 21st Avenue Operations Facility.
When is HART implementing Light Rail?

Our main goal at HART is to efficiently and effectively move people around Hillsborough County. In order to implement a project on the scale of light rail or bus rapid transit, HART would need a local funding source to match federal and state funds. HART currently lacks this dedicated, local, funding match. However, with the community's support and available funding, these projects can revisted again at a later date.
