License Agreement

Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority ("HART") hereby grants you ("Licensee") a nonexclusive, limited and revocable license to reproduce, display, perform, redistribute and otherwise use transit route schedules and other associated data ("Data") subject to the following terms:

Licensee Obligations

You shall:

• Clearly acknowledge HART as the provider of the Data.

• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in relation to use of the Data. 

• Not represent Yourself as HART, as an agent or partner of HART, or make any representations, warranties, or guarantees to Third Parties with respect to the Data.

•  Not misrepresent the Data.

• Not modify the HART logo or likeness in anyway.

• Not use unoffical HART logos.  Official logos can be found here.

• Not include official HART maps, you may link to them on the HART website.

• Not use the HART name or logo (Where's my HART bus?, HART Bus Tracker, etc.) as the first/primary word(s) in your app title.

Disclaimer and Liability

DATA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. HART SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE IS WITH THE USER. IN NO EVENT WILL HART OR ITS STAFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS DATA EVEN IF HART HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. HART MAY UPDATE, MODIFY, OR REVISE THE DATA AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE. ADDITIONALLY, WHEN USING HART DATA OR SOFTWARE IN PROJECTS, MAPS, ETC.; YOU AGREE TO ACKNOWLEDGE HART AS A DATA SOURCE.
