Take HART from downtown Tampa to the stadium and skip the hassle of traffic and parking.
HART's Route 7 will be offering expanded service between downtown and Raymond James Stadium. The route will serve several locations in downtown Tampa every half-hour starting at 12:35pm and running through approximately midnight. Passengers will be dropped off at a temporary stop at St. Isabel Street and MacDill Avenue, a short walk from Raymond James Stadium (see map below).
Service Detours
Due to road closures and traffic limitations for Super Bowl XLIII, HART’s West Tampa Transfer Center, across from Raymond James Stadium, will be inaccessible on Sunday, February 1, 2009. Please note, detour on Route 7 begins on Wednesday, January 7.
All routes serving the West Tampa Transfer Center will be re-routed to St. Isabel Street and MacDill Avenue. The following routes will serve the temporary stop on Super Bowl Sunday, February 1.
Route 7 – West Tampa/Citrus Park (Rt. 7 detour in stadium area in effect January 7 - February 1)
Route 32 – MLK Boulevard
Route 36 – Dale Mabry/Himes Ave.
Route 45 – UATC/Rome/Westshore Plaza
The Tampa Police Department may change traffic patterns as conditions warrant. Please monitor media reports and announcements for updated information.
The In-Town Trolley Purple and Green Lines serving downtown Tampa and the Channel District will also be on detour during Super Bowl week. Click here for a map of the trolley detour routes.
